You acknowledge that certain functionalities are provided in partnership with, or by integrating with, third-party services such as OpenAI.
You understand that any conversation or data processed by CyBreed may interact with these third-party service providers (e.g., for generating AI responses).

User Responsibilities

CyBreed leverages technology from OpenAI to engage in AI-driven conversations. In doing so, we collect minimal data and strive to safeguard your privacy.

Automatically Generated Identifiers (UUIDs): We generate and store random UUIDs to match ongoing conversations. These UUIDs help us keep track of session information but do not include personally identifiable information (“PII”) such as your name, email, or other direct identifiers.

Non-Personal Information: We may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including device information, browser type, and usage data. This information is generally used to improve our Services.

Conversations and Content: Conversations you have on CyBreed may be processed through our integrations with OpenAI. We do not sell these conversations or share them for marketing purposes. They are stored or cached as necessary to facilitate the AI-driven functionalities, subject to OpenAI’s own terms and conditions.

No Use of Cookies

We do not use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about you or your usage patterns. All session tracking on CyBreed is done exclusively via the randomly generated UUIDs for ongoing conversations. No personal or usage data is gathered through cookies.

How We Use Your Information

Provide and Maintain Our Services: We use the stored UUIDs to manage session continuity and provide a seamless user experience.
Improve Our Services: We analyze aggregated, non-personal data to understand how users interact with the Services and to improve performance and features.
Third-Party Integrations: Since we use OpenAI services, data may be processed through their APIs solely for the purpose of generating AI responses. We do not sell user data or conversations to OpenAI or any other third parties.

Disclosure of Your Information

Service Providers: We may share limited, necessary information with third-party service providers who assist in providing functionality (e.g., OpenAI for AI-based conversation generation).
